Should purchases need to be returned, any refund or credit will be less the shipping and handling charges.

We regret that at this time we do not ship outside the U.S.

Express Shipping Options (charges are in  addition to standard shipping fees):

If you are in a rural area, any additional shipping charges will be charged to your credit card.  Rural addresses typically double or triple delivery charges.

Special Orders:  The majority of our Special Order, Hand-Made, Personalized and/or Custom-Made order come from the Celtic lands--England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales--and as such, may require additional time for creation and shipping.  While we may receive your special order sooner, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.  As special order and/or custom-made items are made upon your request, all special orders must be paid in advance and are not refundable.
